  1. Responsible for the maintenance and development of the fabric of the stadium and equipment and building security.
  2. Key member of the Building Development Committee.
  3. Administer leases.
  4. Ensure that the building has a current WOF.
  5. Manage cleaner.
  6. Also: Monday night reception and table cleaning.
Martin took over the Building portfolio from the Communications portfolio in 2017.
