Our movie fund raiser this year is Florence Foster Jenkins at the Lighthouse Petone on Tuesday 10th May at 8.00pm. Arrive from 7.30pm to enjoy a light supper. Drinks are available for purchase. The movie stars Merry Streep, Hugh Grant and Simon Helberg (Big Bang Theory). It has received good reviews and promises to be both enjoyable and funny. Click here for more details. .In Division Two, Empire Empresses (Jo Roberts, Raewyn Young) were the winners. In Division Three, Enigmas (Basil Kananghinis, Om Thakur) won the Division and Enforcers (Liam Johnston, Ian Grace) were runners up. In the Division One Grade Championships, Depak Patel won the singles and was runner up in the doubles and Ian Talbot was runner up in the singles and won the doubles. In the Division Three Grade Championships, Om Thakur was runner up in the singles and Graham Sole & Ian Grace won the doubles.
